I extend a heartfelt, warm  and affectionate welcome to the students from all over India who have chosen to take higher  education  at AKS University and  those who aspire to be a part of AKS University. AKS University is fastest developing multidisciplinary, premier research University in Vindhya and Mahakaushal region of Madhya Pradesh and located in central India.

Over the last one decade, AKS University has achieved number of milestones. As per the national education policy (NEP) 2020, we are truly multidisciplinary and holistic research university consisting of 12 faculties and more than 8000+ students studying on the campus. AKS University has  been marching ahead to attain its vision and mission so as to become research University. This vision is constantly realized through our motto of AKS University “Atma Dipo Bhav”. It means “you be your own guiding light”. This is  the mantra of AKS University which will enlighten you and remain with you throughout as a part of lifelong learning.

We wish to develop our students as thinkers, researchers, entrepreneurs, philosophers,  morally upright, physically sound, inspired by Indian values, ethics, culture and capable of taking challenges of 21st century and contribute towards development of  knowledge society in the region, country and world. We have been continuously striving hard for providing and enhancing quality education with emphasis on research, innovation, entrepreneurship and startups.

Our curricula is most contemporary, relevant updated and consist of outcome based education (OBE) and choice based credit system (CBCS). We have implemented NEP 2020 at under graduate, post graduate and Ph.D. programs. Our faculty of Agriculture Science  and  Technology have been accredited by Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) New Delhi in 2023. Similarly a Cement technology laboratory has been accredited in 2020  by NABL, New Delhi . Currently we are preparing for NAAC accreditation of our University on priority bases.

We have been focusing on skilled  programmes. Skill components are included in curricula of all faculties. We have MoU’s with 16 skills council sectors (SCS) of India and training has been imparted. We have been developing various benchmarks of quality assurance, promotion of research and innovation among our faculties and students. We also promote IPR and startups.

We would like to expand our horizons of higher education by starting new faculties such as Medical Science, Nursing and Ayurveda in coming years and with this, we hope to be unique multidisciplinary, holistic and research University in India.

My dear students, I have full trust that during your stay in AKS University, your intellectual capabilities will be honed and you will be exposed to most contemporary knowledge in various faculties of our university and emerge as most successful graduates of this great university. Our campus is very green, and beautiful with excellent landscape and ambience.
